1. Who We Are
FitMagic is operated by Tai Run Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We provide an AI-powered fitness coaching application. Contact: info@reqord.ai
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: Name, email address, password (hashed), date of birth, gender. Health & Fitness Data: Height, weight, workout logs, exercise history, nutrition logs, calorie estimates, recovery scores, injury notes, fitness goals, and supplement logs (names, categories, doses, and log timestamps). Device & Usage Data: Device type, operating system, app version, session duration, feature usage patterns. Health Integrations: If you connect Apple Health or Google Calendar, we read only the data types you authorize (e.g., steps, heart rate, calendar events). We do not write to these services without your explicit action. AI Conversations: Your conversations with the AI Coach are stored server-side to enable multi-turn memory and to improve program quality. Conversations are encrypted at rest.
3. How We Use Your Information
• Provide, operate, and improve the App • Generate personalized workout programs and nutritional guidance • Power the AI Coach with context about your goals and history • Communicate with you about your account and the service • Comply with legal obligations We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If a child under 13 is using the App, a parent or guardian must create the account and provide consent. The AI Coach automatically restricts interaction for users identified as under 13 until parental consent is confirmed. Parents or guardians may request review, deletion, or restriction of their child's data by contacting us at info@reqord.ai. We will respond within 30 days. If we discover we have collected data from a child under 13 without consent, we will delete it promptly.
5. Data Sharing
We share your data only in these circumstances: • Service Providers: Infrastructure partners (Railway, Supabase, Anthropic) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements. • Organizations: If you are a member of an org (team/club) on FitMagic, org administrators may see your workout activity and program data within that org. • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users. • Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before that occurs.
6. AI & Data Processing
Your conversations and fitness data are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate coaching responses. Anthropic processes this data under their API terms and privacy policy. We do not permit Anthropic to use your data to train their models. AI-generated content is not reviewed by a human coach unless you explicitly request it.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. AI Coach session data older than 90 days is automatically purged from active storage. Anonymized aggregate fitness statistics may be retained for product improvement.
8. Your Rights
You may at any time: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your account and all associated data • Withdraw consent for optional data processing • Request a copy of your data in a portable format To exercise these rights, contact info@reqord.ai. 9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. You use the App at your own risk. Notify us immediately at info@reqord.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
10. Third-Party Links
The App may link to third-party content (e.g., YouTube exercise videos). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
